Are the artworks ready to hang?
Yes, all our framed artworks come ready to hang with appropriate backing and hanging hardware, making installation simple and hassle-free.
Can I request a custom artwork?
Absolutely. We offer custom artwork services tailored to your space, color palette, and style preferences. Contact us through our custom orders page or email us/whatsapp directly to begin.
What materials are used in your artworks?
We use 350gsm Japanese woven canvas or museum-grade paper, and premium frames made of either solid wood or high-quality polystyrene (PS), depending on the frame type you select.
How do I care for my canvas artwork?
Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight and high-humidity areas. Gently dust the surface using a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use any liquids or cleaning sprays.
Do you offer framing options?
Yes. You can choose between gallery wrap (no frame), floating wooden frames, or fiber (PS) frames for your canvas artworks.
Will the colors look exactly like what I see online?
We aim for maximum color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. Our prints maintain gallery-quality fidelity.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across India.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within India. International shipping is available for bulk orders only. Contact us for bulk orders required internationally.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We ship our products with full quallity check along with photos.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In case of any damage during transit, please email us at [support@objectmatter.in] or whatsapp within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Are custom or made-to-order artworks returnable?
No, since these are made specifically for you, custom and made-to-order artworks arenon-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.
What is your return address?
All return and pickup instructions will be shared via email upon approval of your return request.
